Higher Dimensional Learning is a Legion exploration achievement obtained by reading all seven chapters of the "Beginner's Guide to Dimensional Rifting" in Azsuna.
[Beginner's Guide to Dimensional Rifting] is required in order to interact with the books, as well as to get to some places that currently cannot be reached due to player flight being disabled.
