The Hijacked Portal.
The Hijacked Portal is a location just north of Deliverance Point. Illidari guard a large portal that Marius Felbane and Tehd Shoemaker have reversed in order to travel to areas Burning Legion troops occupy. The Dreadex, a Legion Command Ship, the Dreadsoul, and Bybeen Lair are accessed through the portal when their corresponding world quest is up.
