Hillsbrad Sentries are humans who were defending the Azurelode Mine in the Hillsbrad Foothills. They have now been captured by the Forsaken.
It is interesting to note that they share their uniform with the Lordaeron Watchmen of the Old Hillsbrad Foothills.

Since the mine has now become a spider farm, the sentries were not able to escape in time and have been paralyzed by the spiders' Paralytic Poison.
