Hiro is jungle troll monk first appearing in the Peak of Serenity in Kun-Lai Summit.^[1] He and Angus Ironfist are good friends.^[2] He joined the Order of the Broken Temple and was sent on a mission to the Gates of Valor in Stormheim where he was captured and put in a cage by the demons. After being rescued from the Legion by the Grandmaster, he returned to the Temple of Five Dawns^[3] and pledged himself to them as their champion.^[4]

He has an invisible Follower recruiting spell with the following description: Follower: Hiro — "Hiro has wandered the world for many years, ambling aimlessly from one tavern to another in search of the next drink. Don't be fooled by his unkempt appearance - not only does he have a heart of gold, but the more drinks he's had, the better he fights." The spell is associated to a buff that says "Ready to fight?
