The Hollowed Out Tree can be found to the southwest of Sik'vess in southwest Townlong Steppes.
It serves as the entrance to the heroic mode dungeon Siege of Niuzao Temple.

Due to its' proximity to Sik'vess and that Kypari Sap is found within the tree, the Hollowed Out Tree it's likely a Kypari Tree as well.
