• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14):
  • Now also affects [Frost Nova] and [Icy Veins]; no longer affects [Cold Snap] and [Ice Barrier].
  • Now a tier 1 talent with 3 ranks (was a tier 6 talent with 2 ranks). Reduces cooldowns by 7/14/20% (was 10/20%).
