Ilyssia of the Waters is a night elf located in Azsuna. She sells fishing related items in exchange for 
[Fragmented Enchantment] which can be fished from the lake infront of her.
In addition to being an NPC, Ilyssia is also a reputation faction, and many of her goods require a certain reputation level with her. Reputation is gained by turning in Fragmented Enchantment; one Fragmented Enchantment grants 75 reputation, while 10 Fragmented Enchantment grants 750 reputation.
