Imperial Amethyst is a jewelcrafting research recipe. It allows a jewelcrafter to learn previously unknown recipes for 
[Imperial Amethyst] gem cuts. The recipe learnt is randomly selected. If the creator already knows every Imperial Amethyst cut, they may learn one for a different rare quality Pandaria gem.
This recipe also produces a 
[Facets of Research] which may contain random Imperial Amethyst cut gems.
