The Imprisoned Beryl Sorcerer can be found on the second floor of the mage tower on Amber Ledge in Borean Tundra. Players are to torture him with the 
[Neural Needler] while completing 
[10-30] The Art of Persuasion.
Trivia[]
- Disturbingly enough, using a [Prototype Neural Needler], you can continue to torture the sorcerer, with or without having the quest. Furthermore, they are free to obtain from Initiate Mehrtens on the top floor of the mage tower in Amber Ledge.
- Initiate Mehrtens sells more Prototype Neural Needlers.
