A rogue talent in the Combat tree, Improved Sinister Strike reduces the energy cost of the [Sinister Strike] move.

Requirements: None

Rank 1 - Reduces the energy cost of [Sinister Strike] by 3 points.

Rank 2 - Reduces the energy cost of [Sinister Strike] by 5 points.

Note that ranks do not stack - the benefit of Rank 2 Improved Sinister Strike really is a 5 point reduction in energy cost, not an 8 point reduction.
