Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 7 Arms talent (was a level 45 Arms talent). Health threshold increased to 35% (was 20%).

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Redesigned. Colossus Smash now grants 10% crit, or 20% if the target is below 20% Health.
