Patch changes

• Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11):
  • Damage now flows between 2% and 10% (was 4% and 20%).
  • Now replaces [Invisibility] in the Class tree (was a row 4 class talent).
    
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 class talent (was a level 30 talent).
  
• Patch 9.2.5a (2022-08-02): No longer has a reduced effect when engaged in PvP combat (was 25% reduction).
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 30 (was 45).
  
• Hotfix (2018-09-07): Now increases damage by up to 15% when engaged in combat with enemy players (was 20%).
  
• Hotfix (2018-07-27): Fixed an issue where Incanter's Flow sometimes falls off during combat.
  
• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Now available at level 45 (was 90).
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added, replacing [Incanter's Ward].
