As a quest objective[]
This item is an objective of 
[39] Indurium. This quest is obtainable from Martek the Exiled in the Badlands, but has the pre-requisite [35] Martek the Exiled, obtainable from Fizzle Brassbolts at the Mirage Raceway in Thousand Needles.
