Hotfix (2017-04-10): Infallible Tracking Charm now does an appropriate amount of damage in Timewalking dungeons. 
Hotfix (2015-11-18): Now has a massively increased damage and chance to trigger, but now only increases damage against demons for 5 seconds (down from 10 seconds.) - Patch 6.2.3 (2015-11-17): Added.
