Infernal Cascade is a conduit for fire mages. It drops from Margrave Stradama in Plaguefall, the Sun King's Salvation in Castle Nathria, and Dausegne in the Sepulcher of the First Ones..
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
