Inner Demons are summoned in the Leotheras the Blind encounter; up to five players are targeted by Leotheras' ability, and must kill their own Inner Demon before Leotheras returns to his humanoid form.
The Inner Demons of other players appear as black silhouettes, and cannot be damaged except by the player they spawned for. The monsters take additional damage form Holy, Nature, and Arcane abilities.
