Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 16 honor talent to a PvP talent.
Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Redesigned as an active ability replacing Hand of Reckoning. Increases the damage taken by 3%, stacking when attacked by additional unique players.
Old: Your Hand of Reckoning has a reduced range but causes the enemy player to be Intimidated, increasing their damage taken by 20% for 6 sec. Your melee attacks refresh the duration of Intimidated.
