The Insane Ghoul can be found at the Tranquil Gardens Cemetery in Duskwood.
He used to roam behind the barn near the farmhouse that Blind Mary haunts. After Mary discarded her looking glass there, the Insane Ghoul picked it up.[1]
Abilities[]
Corpse Rot — Deals Plague damage. Lasts 10 sec.- Insane Rambling — Insane ramblings confuse the caster and any nearby enemies.
- Curse of Blood — Increases the Physical damage taken by an enemy by 1 for 2 min.
