Insatiable Appetite is a conduit for death knights. It drops from Kryxis the Voracious in the Sanguine Depths, the Stone Legion Generals in Castle Nathria, and the Guardian of the First Ones in the Sanctum of Domination.
An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from

[60] Strengthening the Bond.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
