Archivist Galford was a level 60 elite human found in Stratholme. He guarded two quest objectives: the Archive needed for The Archivist quest, and the painting needed for Of Love and Family. Once Galford was killed, using a book over his desk set the Archive on fire to complete one of the quest's two objectives.

He used to drop  [Tome of Conjure Food] and the  [Devout Gloves] in addition to his current loot.
