Intercept (Ranks 1-3) will cost X amount of mana, has a 8-25 yard range and a 30 second cooldown.

The skill will charge an enemy, causing X amount of damage (scales) as will it stun the target for 3 seconds.

It has an attack power coefficient of approximately 2.8%.
