A  [Vessel of Horrific Visions] is 10,000 [Coalescing Visions]. Coincidentally, that was the amount awarded in the previous quest... Purchase one, then interact with the Tenebrous Gateway to enter a Horrific Vision.

This is the tutorial vision, so speak to Wrathion to begin the vision, then head directly to the end boss.

When you leave the Vision and return to the Chamber, it will be a phased version for you.
