Ionar is a lightning revenant and the third boss found in the Halls of Lightning.

Tactics

Ionar is a rather simple fight because all his damage have extremely easy to spot visual queues. When fighting Ionar periodically he will throw a lightning ball at the ground (much like Void Reaver) that players must dodge.

Additionally Ionar will debuff one person with a defuff similar to static charge from Lady Vashj and everyone must spread out away from that player.

Every 20 or so percent, Ionar will disperse into a number of small wind sparks and begin coating the ground with an array of lightning. The wind sparks will follow players around and strech the range of the lightning effect which deals 500 damage every 0.5->1 seconds. So you must run away from the lightning.

Ionar hits for 3-6k on plate.
