The torched Iron Scout is found at [75.1, 36.1] northwest of the lake near Aruuna, west of the entrance to the Aruuna Crystal Mine. It and a few other scouts were caught in the arakkoa attack on Aruuna. Interact with the one interactable orc:

Search the body.
Loot the corpse to come away with 20-30
