The Ironhorn tribe[1] of Highmountain tauren are renowned blacksmiths that reside atop the tallest peak of Highmountain in Ironhorn Enclave. They perpetuate the metalworking tradition of their ancestor Rethu Ironhorn.[2]
They use double the metal of any normal blacksmith to craft their wares.[3] They craft legplates out of leystone.[4] They share their recipes only with trusted individuals.[5]
Members of the Ironhorn tribe participated in the War of the Ancients, fighting in Azshara.[6]

- Oddly enough, only their ancestor Rethu Ironhorn is shown with moose-like horns. The other members of the tribe have cattle-like horns like regular tauren.
