Find Lady Ouix'Ara on a platform overlooking most of Death's End. Aggro her:

Lady Ouix'Ara says: So you fools have discovered us at last!

When she's brought down to 50%, Kael will stun her with Overwhelming Power and prevent her from dying:

Overwhelming Power — Crush target enemy with overwhelming power to prevent them from dying or taking any action.

Lady Ouix'Ara says: Unbind me! What magic is this?

Kael will then start interrogating her while periodically casting Blast of Power and taking away chunks of her health:

Blast of Power — Inflicts heavy Arcane damage to an enemy.

Kael'thas Sunstrider yells: Why are you sending anima to Maldraxxus? Who do you serve? Answer me!

Lady Ouix'Ara says: You cannot stop my master! He is allied with the Banished One himself!

Kael'thas Sunstrider yells: Who? Who is your master?

Lady Ouix'Ara says: I serve the mighty Kel'Thuzad! And he will conquer all of--ARRGGHH!

Kael casts Vengeful Pyroblast, finishing off the lich:

Vengeful Pyroblast — Inflicts massive fire damage to an enemy, instantly killing them.

Lady Ouix'Ara says: I... will... return...

Kael'thas Sunstrider says: Kel'Thuzad! The defiler of the Sunwell! At last I will claim justice for Silvermoon!

Baroness Draka says: The lich was drawing upon a source of great power...

The two run over to the northwestern end of the platform, where an Empowered Chest awaits. Moments later, the Accuser teleports in. Loot the chest for the [Pauldrons of Imperium], after which a familiar face appears above:

Baroness Draka says: By the five houses... the Pauldrons of the Primus!

Image of Kel'Thuzad says: Meddlers! You dare strike down my underling?!

Image of Kel'Thuzad says: No matter. The House of Rituals serves my will. Should you be so bold, face me there!

Kael'thas Sunstrider says: I will make Kel'Thuzad pay for what he's done! Baroness Draka! I insist you escort me to Maldraxxus at once!

Baroness Draka says: Do not make demands of me, fallen prince! We must learn more about this threat we face before rushing in foolishly.

Baroness Draka says: This lich imperils both our realms. When our forces are prepared to strike, we will send the call for Revendreth to join the fight.

Baroness Draka says: Take the armor of the Primus to our sanctum, Maw Walker. We will give it the place of honor it deserves.
