The Jabbering Ghoul was a ghoul found at Felstone Field in the Western Plaguelands. In life, he was a man named John who was married to Janice Felstone. He carried his half of the [Good Luck Charm], shared with his wife who was now a lost ghost. Janice Felstone just wanted to see her husband before the Scourge came, but her wish never came true. Much later she had to ask an adventurer (thinking they were John) to bring her the charm, and he did not realize what the adventurer had come for until the deed was done.
He has been absent since the Cataclysm, presumably killed by the adventurers who took his half of the charm to Janice's ghost.
