Jadrag the Slicer is an orc quest giver located by the entrance to Owl Wing Thicket of Winterspring. He is lying on the ground surrounded by a pile of feathers. He'd been adventuring in the area, but came under attack by the local owlbeasts.[1] He is lying near where the night elf Ranshalla once stood, but makes no mention of her at all.
