Jailer's Personal Stash is awarded to players who find all ten Rift Hidden Caches in The Rift during the 
[60B] Night Fae Assault. Use the 
[Unbalanced Riftstone] provided for [60] A Shady Place to enter the Rift, then find the treasure chests marked on the minimap. This is a requirement for the meta-achievement 
[On the Offensive].
Only six chests are lootable each day.
