Jani's Stashes are treasure chests that spawn atop Mysterious Trashpiles in Nazmir, Vol'dun, and Zuldazar as rewards for turning in certain unique items to Jani. They generally contain a handful of [War Resources], several vendor trash items, and occasionally some [Azerite]. Their exact contents vary depending on the specific turnin item.
