Jed Runewatcher is a rare spawn orc in Upper Blackrock Spire. He may wander in the room of Goraluk Anvilcrack or in the Furnace (near The Beast). It is possible to use the /target command from the entrance of Blackrock Spire to check whether he is spawned Goraluk Anvilcrack's room, but you must be past Blackrock Stadium (where you fight Rend Blackhand before /target will work if he is spawned in the Furnace.
He's a member of the Blackhand Legion.
