Jepetto in World of Warcraft.
Jepetto Joybuzz is a toy vendor located in the Wonderworks store of Dalaran. He sells all kinds of toys. For US Players who participated in the Mountain Dew World of Warcraft promotion, he is the one who sends the players their Battle Bots. He wrote The Fluffy Bunny summing up Mr. Floppy's Perilous Adventure.
He worked tirelessly for years on a way to turn anything into a toy.[1]

Right after the Battle for the Broken Shore, Dalaran was hovering over Deadwind Pass and more particularly Karazhan.[2] The entire city had been moved by a giant Blink spell, which caused a lot of troubles for the various citizens and their shops. Jepetto himself was stuck holding an out-of-control toy zeppelin, which was flying around the city.

Jepetto arrived at Mechagon Island and, amazed by the sight, wanted to create new toys that would entertain everyone regardless of age.

Legion Toy Upgrades[]
In patch 7.0.3, several pre-existing items were classified as toys. Any of those items that are wearable were taken by Jepetto to upgrade them and then mailed back individually.

In Hearthstone[]
Jepetto appears as a legendary card in the Rise of Shadows expansion for Hearthstone. His flavor text reads: "I'm a real toy now!"
He also appears as one of the bosses that can be encountered in the Dalaran Heist single-player experience.
