Jer'kai Moonweaver is a night elf quest giver located in a nook near Grimtotem Compound in Feralas. To find her you have to go to the narrowest point of Feralas just east of Dire Maul, then head north down the hill and up a hidden path in the mountainside partially behind a tree. There she hides with Kindal Moonweaver.
