Jessir Moonbow is a night elf quest giver currently located in Wildheart Point in Felwood along with a few other members of the Emerald Circle.
Before the Cataclysm, she was located at the Emerald Sanctuary. She sought her friends Arko'narin and Trey Lightforge, who had traveled here to investigate the resurgence of the Shadow Council.

Hello, <class>. I am Jessir Moonbow. I have come from Darnassus seeking two friends who came looking for signs of the Shadow Council in Felwood.
It seems those vile creatures who claim responsibility for much of the orcish race's suffering seeks to regain some of its power.
My two friends went looking in Jaedenar to prove one way or the other what was happening.
I expected them to be here when I arrived, but now they are days late.
