Jiao is an enormous kraken that appears just off Soggy's Gamble in the Dread Wastes during 
[30-35] Reeltime Strategy and [30-35] The Mariner's Revenge. Accompanied by its numerous spawn and a large flock of Mistfeather Gulls, Jiao first appears to kidnap Master Angler Ju Lien, and adventurers must work with Captain "Soggy" Su-Dao on the Mist-Hopper Jr. to drive it off the coast with harpoons.
