Jimb "Candles" McHannigan claims to have once been William Pestle's number-one supplier of candles, stealing them from kobolds before he was injured. He now limps and is unable to perform his job or even use the toilet unassisted, instead residing on Furlbrow's Pumpkin Farm in Westfall.
According to Jimb, he is the originator of the line "I TAKE CANDLE!" which he coined in response to the kobolds' constant cries of "You no take candle!"
He was present during the Legion Invasions.
