Jon Casper is a human cooking vendor located in the Canal District of the city of Stormwind. He is one of the city's foremost chefs, alongside Robby Flay, and is responsible for awarding rare cooking recipes to those cooks who have proven themselves skilled enough. He can be found standing in a square just south of the Stormwind Stockade, beside Robby Flay.
