Josh Wittge, also known as Hermf, is a Blizzard Public Relations employee working on Diablo, Heroes of the Storm and Starcraft. He was formerly a Customer Service representative introduced on March 16, 2012 along with Aeyiera,[1] and posting on the US World of Warcraft Customer Service Forum.
