Juju (or Ju-Ju) is an object that is derived from a life force, a spiritual power, called E'ko and houses an unknown power source. The witch doctor Mau'ari is able to derive juju from E'ko, which is unfocused supernatural power.[1] Bom'bay, a witch doctor in training, referred to the mucus of crabs and the venom of scorpions as jujus.[2][3]
Deathstalker Maltendis believed that Shadowpine troll priests used the unknown power source within [Troll Juju] to animate the dead. Some of the undead trolls and their living counterparts carry juju.[4]
Ju-Ju Heaps[]
Ju-Ju Heaps are tainted fetishes. The warlock Zalazane of the Echo Isles has disrupted the normal flow of magic in Durotar. He did this through tainted ju-ju heaps which he has placed among his huts on the main Echo Isle.
These heaps corrupt wildlife and give power to the warlocks and infernal creatures that lurk in the land's dark corners.[5]

- It is highly possible that the "unknown power source" that fuels juju is voodoo, which is known to be capable of raising the dead in masses just as juju is doing in the Amani Catacombs.
