Kagtha is an orc quest giver located in the Horde version of the Deadmines. She is a member of the Shattered Hand, sent to seize the Defias juggernaught.
Kagtha was present at the first Azerothian Kosh'harg in Razor Hill in Durotar. She was initially standing next to Rokaro and later feasted with the rest of the Shattered Hand.
