- Use: Call through sleet and snow to Katy Stampwhistle, Postmaster's Assistant extraordinaire. Katy will deliver and retrieve mail for 10 min, or until she is called elsewhere. (3 Hrs Cooldown)
Katy's Stampwhistle is looted from the 
[Bulging Package], which is mailed to the player after earning [The Total Package], from a long questline started in Dalaran after obtaining 
[Lost Mail], which spawns in Dalaran every three hours or can be purchased on the Auction House. It summons a projection of Katy Stampwhistle, enabling instant access to your mail for 10 minutes, from almost anywhere around the world.
Notes[]
- Katy cannot be used in the pandaren starting area version of the Wandering Isle, or on Exile's Reach.
- It can be summoned and used in the demon hunter starting zone on Mardum.
- Unlocking it on one character unlocks it for all characters on both factions. However, after being summoned, it can be only used by other players of the same faction.
- It is on a separate 3-hour cooldown for each character.
- It can be used in most dungeons and raids, but does not appear in the Chamber of Heart, although it will still trigger the cooldown.
