Keset Pass.
Keset Pass[79, 49] is a small pass that leads from the Tombs of the Precursors to the Cursed Landing and the Steps of Fate in Uldum. Raider Lord Havat can be found here where he commands the Neferset looters. He holds the Cypher of Keset.
Keset Pass Digsite
The area is also a tol'vir archaeology dig site.
