Khansguard Akato is the leader of Khanam Matra Sarest's khansguard, located at the entrance to Sarest's chambers atop the krutal in Maruukai in the Ohn'ahran Plains. After Clan Nokhud betray the other clans, Akato sends adventurers to thin the Nokhud's numbers.[1]
Akato and his fellow guards Hojin and Jebotai accompany Sarest to the Horn of Drusahl after it is attacked by the Nokhud.[2] She orders them and Scout Tomul to stay behind and defend a position outside the village while she and the adventurers advance inside.[3]
