Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 3 Frost talent (was a level 23 Frost ability). Rank 2 split into Frostreaper (death knight talent). - Patch 9.2.0 (2022-02-22): Fixed an issue with Killing Machine that caused it to trigger less often than intended while Dual Wielding.
- Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Rank 2 added at level 58: Your next Obliterate also deals Frost damage.
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 23 (was 56).
- Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer affects [Frost Strike] and can only be procced from auto attack critical strikes.
- Patch 4.2.0 (2011-06-28): Can now properly be triggered from off-hand attacks as well as main-hand attacks.
- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now affects [Obliterate] instead of [Howling Blast].
- Hotfix (2009-04-01): The weapon enchants Rune of Razorice and Rune of Lichbane will no longer cause the Killing Machine talent to be triggered more often.
