Killmaw is found at [40.8, 44.6] just outside Anguish Fortress on the Plains of Serenity, to the southeast of Embaari Village in central Shadowmoon Valley. It drops Killmaw's Canine and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
Just to the northeast on the outskirts of Embaari is the Embaari Defense Crystal, another vignette.
