Kilrath is a Mag'har orc quest giver found in Terokkar Forest, just northwest of the Bleeding Hollow Ruins, and later in Wintergrasp as a Tactical Officer.
He is also found in the Hall of Shadows speaking with Jes'rimon.
Kilrath was present at the first Azerothian Kosh'harg in Razor Hill in Durotar, initially standing next to Ukos Bloodwhisper.
