Kilrogg's Cunning is a conduit for warlocks. It drops from Sire Denathrius in Castle Nathria and Alcruux in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
