Kindle Candlecrafter is a Bluewax kobold found in Candle Rock in Highmountain during 
[10-45] Candle of Command and [10-45] Burn the Candle at Both Ends. He appears to be an expert at creating candles and working with wax.
During [10-45] Candle of Command, Kindle is the third kobold to appear to be offered a job by the adventurer. During [10-45] Burn the Candle at Both Ends, he is busy creating the 
[Candleking's Special Candle], which the adventurer helps him put the finishing touch on.
