King Gurboggle is the self-proclaimed king of the gilgoblins found at Gurboggle's Ledge in Kelp'thar Forest.
In an attempt to acquire his cousin Gilblingle's family fortune, Gurboggle threatened and harassed him to no end, until Gilblingle buried the treasure and fed the treasure map to Blackfin.[2]
