King Ranulf at the Halls of Valor.
King Ranulf of the Screaming Abyss was a great vrykul king. He is laid to rest in his funeral boat located in Ymiron's Seat, Utgarde Pinnacle. He was strangely not cremated at sea, perhaps to gain his ability.

When King Ymiron channels a spell from this ancestor, he will receive the ability to give "Spirit Burst". Afterward, the boat is set on fire.
